If A has the ball and a face mask penalty against B is called and during live ball A fumbles and B recovers, does B keep the ball and the penalty is from the spot of recovery by B or does A get the ball back? Also same situation but penaly is roughing the passer and the pass is intercepted. Does B get to keep the ball?

Can an offensive player be pushed from behind to score on a goal line stance? His forward motion was halted and 2 of his teammates then “helped” him over the line. This was in a high school game in Indiana.
